China Harbour Engineering Company Limited is currently seeking a reliable supplier for the rental of a survey vessel to support ongoing project activities. We kindly request your company to provide a formal quotation based on the following preliminary requirements:

1. Vessel Requirements

1.Type: Survey Vessel

2.Length: not less than 20 meters

3.Rental Basis: Daily rate

4.Fuel: to be provided by the Owner/Supplier

5.Operator and crew to be provided by the Owner/Supplier

6.The vessel shall be kept in a ready-to-operate condition at all times and must be available for deployment at the Charterer’s request.

2. Working Conditions

1.Rental period:The rental period shall be from 20 October 2025 to 20 May 2026, a total duration of seven (7) months.Within this period, the survey boat shall be utilized for a total of eighty (80) working days, which may be scheduled intermittently by the Lessee according to the project progress.
Unused days shall not be counted for rental payment.Both Parties shall give prior notice to each other for proper scheduling and coordination.

2.If the actual working time is less than four (4) hours in a day, it shall be calculated as half a day.

3.If the actual working time exceeds eight (8) hours but is less than twelve (12) hours in a day, it shall be calculated as one and a half (1.5) days.

4.Working location: Port of Tema.

3. Other Requirements

1.Quotation shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission.

2.The rental rate shall be inclusive of mobilization and demobilization costs.

3.The Supplier shall be responsible for the proper operation, routine maintenance, and repair of the vessel during the rental period.

4.All equipment shall possess the required legal documentation and be in full compliance with applicable local regulations.

5.Quotation shall clearly indicate: daily rental rate,  mobilization/demobilization fee (if any), and total estimated cost.
