简要规则描述：为高桥镇镇域道路及52个老旧小区提供建筑垃圾清运服务，并按照新区要求将分拣后的残渣陆运至指定场所进行末端处置。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: Provide construction waste removal services for the town roads and 52 old residential areas in Gaoqiao Town, and transport the sorted residues by land to the designated sites for final disposal in accordance with the requirements of the new district. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
合同履约期限：服务期限为2025年12月5日至2026年12月4日。
The Contract Period: The service period is from December 5, 2025 to December 4, 2026.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小微企业均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price deduction benefits will be implemented for micro and small enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
