（2）供应商须具有水利水电工程施工总承包二级及以上或机电工程施工总承包二级及以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；项目负责人须具有水利水电工程或机电工程二级建造师及以上执业资格，且具有有效的安全B证。
（3）本项目面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业，下同）采购
