简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为全面提高镇域范围干垃圾清运作业服务质量，美化市容环境，充分体现出国内一流作业、一流标准、一流管理水平，建立和完善环卫作业服务市场化运作机制，形成结构合理、竞争有序的环卫作业服务新格局。每天对辖区内的居住区、企事业单位、工地、学校、商铺等产生的干垃圾清运，做到垃圾分类收运，不分类拒绝清运并告知产生单位，提高居住宜居环境，确保干垃圾日产日清。在作业过程中，严格按照清运要求执行，定时、定点、定人、定车等原则，车容车貌整洁，无污垢、无污物且标识准确、清晰等。

The dry garbage generated by residential areas, enterprises, institutions, construction sites, schools, shops, etc. within the jurisdiction is cleared transported every day, and the classification of garbage is collected and transported, and the dry garbage is refused to be transported and notified to the generator unit without classification, and the living environment improved to ensure that the dry garbage is produced and cleared every day.
