(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: This project is not specifically designed for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price deduction discount. (2) Support for welfare-based units for the disabled and treat them as small and medium-sized enterprises.
