Brief Specification Description: In order to solve the problem that the roads in the residential area are old and damaged, it is planned to carry out road reconstruction in Lane 901, Yongtai Sanju. The main contents include digging the pavement slab and brick pavement, building a new concrete pavement, building a new curb to renovate and damage the rainwater outlet, shifting the weak current poles, transplanting shrubs, and restoring the markings. （6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业或市政公用工程二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having the qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of construction projects or Grade III or above for general contracting of municipal public works; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of construction engineering major or municipal public works level 2 or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
