简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为了保持三林镇三林老街核心区域内整治效果，提升管理区域安全系数，防范因人员侵占空地、跨店经营引起的规划外支出，乱停车等现象，切实维护地块范围内的环境卫生、停车秩序，及时发现、制止和纠正违章搭建、乱设摊、乱晾晒、乱堆物、排放污染物、乱停车等行为，确保三林老街的环境整洁与有序经营、车辆规范停放。本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选择一家合格的供应商为采购人提供三林老街区域停车管理与日常巡查(2026)服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to maintain the renovation effect in the core area of Sanlin Old Street in Sanlin Town, improve the safety factor of the management area, prevent unplanned expenditures and disorderly parking caused by people occupying open spaces and cross-store operations, effectively maintain the environmental sanitation and parking order within the land area, and timely discover, stop and correct illegal construction, disorderly setting up stalls, disorderly drying, littering, discharging pollutants and disorderly parking, so as to ensure the clean and orderly operation of Sanlin Old Street and standardized parking of vehicles. This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide parking management and daily inspection (2026) services for the purchaser in Sanlin Old Street area. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：服务期限12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: The service period is 12 months, depending on the date of signing the contract.
