凡有意参加报价者，请于2026-01-23 15:00:00至2026-01-28 13:00:00（北京时间，下同)，登录浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）下载电子文件。All interested bidders shall log in to Inspur E-Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) to download electronic documents from 15:00:00 on January 23, 2026 to 13:00:00 on January 28, 2026 (Beijing Time, the same below).
7.报价文件递交及报价开启Submission of Bidding Documents and Bid Opening
7.1报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2026-01-28 13:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。
7.2逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。
7.3项目报价开启时间为2026-01-28 13:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。
7.1 The deadline for submission of bidding documents (hereinafter referred to as the bid submission deadline) is 13:00:00 on January 28, 2026. Bidders shall submit electronic bidding documents via Inspur E-Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) prior to the deadline.
7.2 Any bidding documents submitted beyond the deadline shall be rejected by the e-procurement platform.
7.3 The bid opening time for this project is 13:00:00 on January 28, 2026. Bidders shall attend the bid opening activity on time and complete online sign-in. Failure to sign in shall be deemed as recognition of the bid opening records, and any objection raised subsequently shall be invalid.

本次采购公告同时在浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）、阳光采购服务平台（http://www.ygcgfw.com）上发布，请于2026-01-28 13:00:00前响应，并确认是否参与项目，截止时间前未响应者无法参与报价。This procurement announcement is published simultaneously on Inspur E-Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) and Sunshine Procurement Service Platform (http://www.ygcgfw.com). Bidders shall respond and confirm their intention to participate in the project before 13:00:00 on January 28, 2026. Any bidder who fails to respond prior to the deadline shall be ineligible for bidding.
