Brief Specification Description: The river channels such as Newbei No. 73, Newbei No. 20, and Xinde No. 48 have undergone dredging and the addition of protective structures. In total, approximately 8,900 cubic meters of sediment have been removed, and wooden piles, plastic steel piles, and inserted piles have been added. The riverbank slopes have also been cleared.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Encourage energy-saving policies; 2) Encourage environmental protection policies; 3) Support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote employment for the disabled. Prison enterprises and welfare-oriented units for the disabled are regarded as small and micro-sized enterprises. 4) This project does not accept imported products.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具备建设部颁发的水利水电工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、项目负责人具备水利水电工程二级及以上注册建造师职业资格。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possess the third-level or higher qualification for water conservancy and hydropower project construction issued by the Ministry of Construction; 4. The project leader holds the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer for water conservancy and hydropower projects at the second level or above.
