Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main content of this project is the removal of construction waste from old residential communities and early relocated commercial housing communities. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from small and micro enterprises will enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
