简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《安全生产法》和《上海市安全生产条例》等安全生产相关法律法规要求，为进一步加强上海临港新片区投资控股（集团）有限公司所属直管公司、项目的安全管理，全面压实各单位安全管理责任，落实集团对所属直管公司各业态安全监督检查职责，本项目旨在为上海临港新片区投资控股（集团）有限公司采购第三方安全咨询服务，涵盖安全管理体系完善、日常运营安全保障、项目现场安全巡查等多个方面，以提升集团整体安全管理水平，确保各项业务安全、稳定运行。（具体内容详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In accordance with the requirements of relevant safety production laws and regulations such as the "Work Safety Law" and the "Shanghai Safety Production Regulations", in order to further strengthen the safety management of the directly-managed companies and projects under Shanghai Lingang New Area Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., and to fully implement the safety management responsibilities of each unit, and to fulfill the group's safety supervision and inspection duties for various business sectors of the directly-managed companies, this project aims to purchase third-party safety consulting services from Shanghai Lingang New Area Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., covering aspects such as the improvement of the safety management system, daily operation safety guarantees, and on-site safety inspections at project sites, in order to enhance the overall safety management level of the group and ensure the safe and stable operation of all business activities.
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日至2028年12月31日
