简要规则描述：本次项目的服务对象为浦东新区大数据中心机房系统及政务网汇聚机房的维护。其中浦东新区机房系统具体包括新区办公中心机房、临港机房、锦安东路机房及相关汇聚机房的配套设备等，针对机房本体及机房环境的维护将能有效保障机房设备的运行、确保相关信息化系统的正常有序运转。本次需要维护的弱电基础架构层包括机房工程系统，同时还包括机房相关光纤链路的维护巡检及其它机房运行相关服务（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。

合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为自合同签订之日起一年。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and medium-sized enterprises will not implement price discounts during the review.
