简要规则描述：根据《关于进一步做好浦东新区土地减量化地块水土监测工作的通知》、《关于做好拟开垦耕地土壤污染状况调查工作的通知》等相关文件要求，为了解现阶段减量化后地块内土壤和地下水的环境质量状况，现拟通过公开采购方式，选取一家合格供应商，开展建设用地减量化水土监测场地调查工作。本次水土监测服务总面积约16.8373公顷（252.56亩），涉及顾东村、东海村、建新村、兴东村、直一村、启明村等区域。
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with the requirements of relevant documents such as the "Notice on Further Strengthening Soil and Water Monitoring for Land Reduction Areas in Pudong New Area" and the "Notice on Conducting Soil Pollution Surveys for Planned Reclaimed Farmland," this project aims to assess the current environmental quality of soil and groundwater in post-reduction areas. To achieve this, a qualified supplier will be selected through an open procurement process to carry out soil and water monitoring investigations for land reduction sites. The total area for this soil and water monitoring service is approximately 16.8373 hectares (252.56 mu), covering areas such as Gu Dong Village, Dong Hai Village, Jian Xin Village, Xing Dong Village, Zhi Yi Village, and Qi Ming Village.
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起生效至合同全部事项履行完毕止。
The Contract Period: The contract shall come into effect from the date of signing until all matters of the contract have been fulfilled.
