Brief Specification Description: This project covers an area of approximately 4,145 square meters. The main contents of the project implementation include hard pavement, charging piles, benches, flower beds, signage and other small facilities, greening improvement, earthwork shaping, and waste transportation. It is divided into five functional areas: Romantic Entrance Area, Youth Dating Area, Family Interaction Area, Ecological Camping Area, and Health Wellness Area.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业。根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》（财库[2020]46号）及《关于进一步加大政府采购支持中小企业力度的通知》〔2022〕19号规定执行。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of persons with disabilities.
